NL Enrica Camporesi bouwt aan een hybride artistieke praktijk op het kruispunt van podiumkunsten, publieksdramaturgie en socio-pedagogisch werk. Ze bouwt in haar werk sferen, metaforen en mythologieën op. Enrica combineert verschillende media (performance, theater en storytelling,…) en methodieken (meertaligheid, onbetrouwbare en simultane vertalingen, live tekeningen, participatieve happenings en speelse instructies), in artistieke dialoog met makers, ruimtes en publieken.

ENG Enrica Camporesi is developing a hybrid artistic practice at the intersection of the performing arts, audience dramaturgy and socio-pedagogical work. In her work, she constructs atmospheres, metaphors and mythologies. Enrica combines various media (performance, theatre and storytelling, etc.) and methodologies (multilingualism, unreliable and simultaneous translations, live drawings, participatory happenings and playful instructions), in artistic dialogue with creators, spaces and audiences.

NL Marika Smreková is een Slowaakse kunstenares, dramaturge en regisseur die in Praag woont. Ze studeerde theaterregie aan de JAMU in Brno, waar ze momenteel haar doctoraat afrondt. In haar proefschrift gaat ze in op haar artistiek onderzoek naar participatieve vormen van podiumkunsten binnen het gemeenschapsfestival UM UM in Stará Ľubovňa, dat ze tien jaar lang (2012-2021) heeft georganiseerd en samengesteld.

ENG Marika Smreková is a Slovak artist, dramaturg and director living in Prague. She studied theatre directing at JAMU in Brno, where she is currently completing her PhD. In her dissertation, she reflects on her artistic research into participatory forms of performing arts within the community festival UM UM in Stará Ľubovňa, which she organized and curated for ten years (2012-2021).

NL Als multidisciplinaire kunstenaar houdt Moïra zich voornamelijk bezig met beeldhouwkunst en installaties. Sinds 2020 omschrijft en profileert ze zichzelf als kunstenaar-moeder, en tracht ze de ambivalente ervaring van het moederschap, het intieme en de herovering van het huis als terrein voor onderzoek, inspiratie en verzet in de ruimte en in diverse vormen weer te geven. Ze onderzoekt haar eigen ervaringen als vrouw, kunstenaar, moeder en dochter, evenals die van haar voorouders en haar leeftijdsgenoten, in eerste instantie via een introspectieve en autobiografische benadering, die uiteindelijk leidt tot diverse beelden van collectieve maatschappelijke kwesties waarbij individueel onderzoek wordt omgezet in een ‘transpersoonlijk’ en transgenerationeel verhaal. Moïra gebruikt het dagelijks leven, de huiselijke ruimte en tijd, de mentale en opvoedingsdruk, of ook de driften die verband houden met de menstruatiecycli als directe inspiratiebronnen die ze als grondstoffen voor haar creaties gebruikt. Ze zet de vervreemding die haar rol als vrouw, moeder en kunstenaar met zich meebrengt om in kunst en in hedendaagse werken. Het onzichtbare zichtbaar maken. Het dagelijkse leven transformeren. Het combineren van haar artistieke carrière, haar rol als ouder en de huidige sociaaleconomische realiteit vormt, net als voor zoveel andere kunstenaars, een echte uitdaging. Om niet in een malaise te vervallen en haar dromen op te geven, besloot ze om van deze obstakels drijfveren te maken, wat heeft geleid tot haar overkoepelende project “MArTRESCENCE : Artiste & Mère en développement”. Daarin documenteert en verwerkt ze op artistieke wijze de realiteit van haar omstandigheden als kunstenaar en moeder in ontwikkeling.

ENG As a multidisciplinary artist, Moïra focuses primarily on sculpture and installations. Since 2020, she has described and presented herself as an artist-mother, seeking to represent the ambivalent experience of motherhood, intimacy and the reclaiming of the home as a space for research, inspiration and resistance, both in physical space and in various forms. She explores her own experiences as a woman, artist, mother and daughter, as well as those of her ancestors and peers, initially through an introspective and autobiographical approach, which ultimately leads to diverse representations of collective social issues where individual inquiry is transformed into a ‘transpersonal’ and transgenerational narrative. Moïra uses everyday life, domestic space and time, mental and parenting pressures, or even the urges associated with menstrual cycles as direct sources of inspiration, which she uses as raw materials for her creations. She transforms the alienation inherent in her roles as a woman, mother and artist into art and contemporary works. Making the invisible visible. Transforming everyday life. Combining her artistic career, her role as a parent and the current socio-economic reality presents, as it does for so many other artists, a real challenge. To avoid falling into a slump and giving up on her dreams, she decided to turn these obstacles into sources of motivation, which led to her overarching project “MArTRESCENCE: Artiste & Mère en développement”. In it, she documents and processes, through art, the reality of her circumstances as an artist and mother in the making.

NL Plein De Jeu is een Brussels multidisciplinair collectief dat van de stad haar speelplaats maakt. Hier wordt gecreëerd zonder opgelegde regels met een sterke kruisbestuiving van artiesten actief in verschillende disciplines en stijlen. Daarin is Inês Talib de bezieler van “Tiny Hands”. Als multidisciplinaire artieste wil Ines jonge kinderen een veilige, speelse en creatieve omgeving bieden waarin ze zich vrij kunnen uitdrukken en ontwikkelen. Tiny Hands zet fantasie, ontdekking en zelfexpressie elke keer centraal.

ENG Plein De Jeu is a Brussels-based multidisciplinary collective that turns the city into its playground. Here, creativity flourishes without imposed rules, thanks to a rich cross-pollination of artists working across different disciplines and styles. Within this collective, Inês Talib is the driving force behind “Tiny Hands”. As a multidisciplinary artist, Inês aims to offer young children a safe, playful and creative environment in which they can express themselves freely and develop. Tiny Hands always places imagination, discovery and self-expression at the heart of its work.
