Feedback sessions operating grants within the Arts Decree

Are you planning to apply for operating grants on 1 December? Does the organisation you’ll be applying through not currently receive operating grants, or do you lack experience in applying for them yourself?

At Flanders Arts Institute's feedback sessions, we’ll help you address any remaining doubts or concerns.

What?

1 December 2026 is the next deadline for submitting an application for operating grants under the Arts Decree for the 2028–2032 policy period.

In light of this, Flanders Arts Institute is organising feedback sessions, where you will spend an hour discussing your application with three experts: a colleague from FAI, an expert with business knowledge and an expert with subject-matter expertise.

We do not review the entire application. However, you (and your colleagues) will receive feedback on any remaining doubts and concerns. This will enable you to continue working on fine-tuning the application.

Practical information

The feedback sessions will take place on ten days in September and October. On the registration form, we ask which days you are definitely unable to attend. Please note that places are limited, so we ask you to be flexible.

Once you have registered, we will put the pieces together to schedule each participating organisation. All registered participants will receive the schedule by 21 August at the latest.

Register now

Register via the button at the top right. Deadline: 30 July 2026.

We have the capacity to provide feedback to 40 organisations. We operate on a first come, first served basis.

If all sessions are fully booked, be sure to put your name on the waiting list. We will email you in the event of any cancellations.
