Dialogue session on operating grants: organisational structures
In the run-up to the next round of operating grants (2028-2032), Flanders Arts Institute is organising a working session on organisational structures (internal and external).
Some arts organisations are rethinking their internal structure and relationships with other players based on values such as multi-voicedness, care, and sharing power and resources. This gives rise, for example, to shared forms of leadership; different roles, functions and relationships within teams; and new forms of cooperation between (arts) organisations, which challenge the rules of the Arts Decree on management and on uniqueness, complementarity and collaboration.
This session is intended for organisations that want to rethink their organisational structure, discuss this with their peers, and explore how they can remain within the rules of operating subsidies.
When and where
Monday 9 March 2026, from 2pm until 4.30pm in Atelier Vlaams Bouwmeester (Brussels).
