Ilka De Wilde
Ilka De Wilde is a versatile and experienced professional in the arts and culture sector. As a producer, she worked for Concertgebouw Brugge, BOZAR, Troubleyn - Jan Fabre and others. Her studies in art sciences, with a specialisation in theatre studies, enabled her to translate artistic ideas into practical solutions and contribute to high-profile performances.
Since 2012, Ilka De Wilde has been active in various assessment committees within the arts field, where she advocates for fair pay and fair practice as the foundations for a sustainable and fair cultural sector.
In addition to her work on these committees, Ilka has built up broad expertise in consultancy in the field of cultural project development, subsidies, international projects, visas, tour management and artistic coaching.
Drawing on her strong background in artistic and business management, she emphasises efficient project management, strategic planning and the creation of high-quality audience experiences that are both substantively and economically sound.
