Accessibility

Wheelchair users: Arenberg is accessible for wheelchair users. There are reserved places for wheelchair users in the main theatre hall with plenty of space and a perfect view of the stage. When you register, please indicate that you wish to use one of these spaces. An overview of adapted reserved parking spaces nearby can be found on the City of Antwerp website.

Induction Loop: There is an induction loop provided in the auditorium which you can use by adjusting your own headphones or hearing aid to the setting. For this, they use Sennheiser's MobileConnect software at Arenberg. This app streams the sound from the stage directly to your headphones or hearing aid via your smartphone. Via this link, you can find the manual to install MobileConnect and connect to Arenberg's network.

Live translation with subtitles: the presentations and public talk will be in Dutch. The event will be provided with live subtitles in English. All presentations and the public talk will be translated.

Flemish Sign Language: the presentations and public conversation will be translated by a Flemish Sign Language interpreter.
