Infosession: grants and project subsidies within the Arts Decree (Dutch session)
March 15, 2025 is the next deadline for submitting a grant application for scholarships or project grants within the Arts Decree.
Following this deadline, Flanders Arts Institute is organising two online infosessions for artists, art workers and organisations wishing to apply.
After registering, you will receive an information booklet on grants and project subsidies from Flanders Arts Institute and an information booklet on budgeting for project subsidies from Cultuurloket, which should be read in preparation for this information session.
Programme
The infosession will continue online via zoom and consists of three parts:
- 10 am – workshop: Through concrete, fictional cases, participants learn the basics of grants and project subsidies in an interactive way.
- This workshop does not offer customisation for your specific application.
- 11:30 am – Q&A: During the Q&A, we will take a closer look at grants and project subsidies, and you can ask questions to staff from Flanders Arts Institute, VI.BE and VAi.
- Important: during this round of questions, we focus on content. Business questions will be asked during the Q&A from Cultuurloket.
- 2 pm – budgeting correctly for project grants: follow the webinar and ask all your questions to Cultuurloket about budgeting for project grants.
This infosession is a collaboration of VI.BE, Cultuurloket, VAi and Flanders Arts Institute.
